There is nothing better than simplifying our daily routines and making small changes in order to have a
better quality of life. It leads to a happier and easier life while reducing your stress and making you more
of a productive person.

The question now is where to begin?
I'll share with you small steps to achieve that.

Make sure to breath. When Stresed, lost in a problem in your mind, breathe with your belly for two minutes
and focus on the air going in and out. This will calm your body down and bring your mind back into the present.

Always do one thing at a time. You will be less stressed, feel better and get better results.

Do your grocery shopping once per week. You will save money, energy and time.

Don't do things you do not like. If there are things you don't like doing then you shoud not do them anymore.
As life changes and you do, it's important to prioritize what makes you happy.

Do small acts of kindness. Instead of judging and criticizing people, do small acts of kindness,
it will make the quality of your life better.
